Fantastic Stay With Delicious Food!

I found ample safe parking very convenient. The decorations are stylish. The food in the restaurant was of very high quality with a comprehensive menu I thought was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly.
The room rate has increased slightly since my last visit. I trust the ongoing refurbishments justify it.

The room was spacious I thought. Bottled water, tea, coffee, and biscuits were available. The staff topped up these amenities after one night, I really loved the welcome letter. The hotel placed the children's teddies on the beds.

Staff members were very pleasant. I needed to iron a shirt. Staff delivered an iron and board to my room quickly. The reception team and Vincent were most helpful. They ensured everything ran smoothly.

Fab stay in a Classic Family Room!

I got a Classic Family Room. The room was perfect for my needs. Shampoo, shower gel and soap all were provided. Full English breakfast, it was included in the price I paid! Water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits are available to enjoy.
I booked my trip some time ago but never receive any communication of the hotel.

excellent stay!
friendly staff wide choice generous portions
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, nothing was too much trouble for them. the breakfast offered a wide choice from continental to full english, catering for all dietary needs. portions were generous, especially for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i found the food quality really good.
My room was quite basic. I noticed the secondary glazing didn't shut properly. also, the corridors leading to the room had a slightly gloomy feel due to the dark green paint.

The reception team were always available and very efficient. They promptly addressed all my queries. i found the staff to be professional and dedicated to. their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The staff were attentive . The room had high-quality toiletries. Breakfast included a good selection of items.
The music was loud early in the morning. they turned it down when I requested it. The toilet roll holder shredded paper when I tried to use it. There was some rubbish outside the resident's entrance near the bins.

rude response lack of options
The location was acceptable, near the Little Orme with decent views from the hotel exit.
The waitress seemed annoyed. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. I asked about a specific ale and got a weird look and a rude response. She did not mention other available options. It reminded me of they didn't want us there!
